How Do You Make Easy Shortbread Cookies?
Hi! This recipe is for delicious, easy, homemade shortbread cookies! It only takes 3 ingredients to make these delicious cookies and so easy to! I love them so I thought I would share this recipe with you! Take your 10 tablespoons of butter out of the refrigerator and put it into the medium sized mixing bowl. Leave it out at room-temperature for between 15-25 minutes or until it is soft. If you are using margarine you don’t have to wait for your butter to soften so go to step 2. Measure out your 1/4 cup of sugar and mix it well in with your butter. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Now, take 1 1/2 cup of the flour and mix it well with the sugar a butter. If it is still really mushy add 1/2 cup more of the flour. But if it gets crumbly you need to add 1-2 tablespoons of butter. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Get your rolling pin, cookie cutters, and wax or parchment paper ready. Put a sheet of paper down, then half your cookie dough, and then another sheet of paper. Roll your cookies
