Feeling like some Oriental food tonight? Try this easy Sesame Chicken Satay dish. So easy and quick to make, it is guaranteed to become a family favorite. Preheat over to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line your baking dish with your foil. Set aside. In your blender or food processor, mix together the peanut butter, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, oil, sugar ginger and sesame oil. Pour out only a little at a time for the sesame oil. It can be very strong. Once you have your sauce mixed, empty 1/2 into a clean bowl and set aside. Place the chicken in the other bowl and pour the sauce over them. Mix the sauce and chicken together until all the chicken pieces are covered. Take your baking dish and set the chicken pieces onto it. You will need to keep readjusting your pieces to fit it onto the sheet. Don’t worry about the sauce coming off. Once all your chicken pieces are on the baking dish, place it in the oven for 30 minutes. At the 15 minute mark, go ahead and take the sauce you set aside, and b
