How Do You Make Easy Salisbury Steak?
This easy and quick (and delicious!) meal is perfect for chilly nights or even a game night. I made this for dinner last night and it was the most delicious and tender piece of ground beef I have ever tasted. Almost a glorified hamburger, Salisbury steak is chock full of flavor and produces a moist patty of beef that is the ultimate in terms of dinners made with ground beef. Spray a large rectangular baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with an entire package of dry stuffing mix and water. Add some chopped onions, as much as you desire. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated together. Take some of the ground beef mixture and shape into round patties. Place each patty into the rectangular baking dish. Place into the oven and cook at 375 for 25 minutes.
