How Do You Make Easy Pork Bar-B-Q?

This mouthwatering pork Bar-B-Q is great for church dinners, family reunions, or a family dinner. It’s so easy and delicious, you’ll want to make it often and your family won’t mind. Put a small amount of water (no more than an inch deep)in the bottom of your baking pan. Put roast in the pan and cover. Bake a Boston Butt (pork roast) in your oven at 400 degrees until the meat falls off the bone or pulls apart easily (about 2 hours). I try to baste it about every 30 minutes to keep it from getting dry or hard on the outside. Do not season the meat while cooking it. Once the Boston Butt is cooked to the point of falling apart, drain all the juice off the meat. Take the bone off the meat. Pull the meat apart so that it is stringy. Add the BBQ sauce. Sprinkle brown sugar (to taste) into the pan and stir until mixed well. Cover and put back in the oven. Cook at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Serve on bread, buns, rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy! We use our crock pot
