Easy Mac is made for microwave use, but what about those times you are stranded without the convenience of a microwave. Maybe you have moved into a new apartment that wasn’t as furnished as you thought it would be. Maybe your microwave had a meltdown and you need to replace it. Whatever the reason, your cheesy desires can still be met with a good old-fashioned stove! Place the water in the pot and turn the burner to high heat. When the water boils, add the pasta and let cook for 5 minutes. Drain the water, but leave enough to mix with the cheese powder. The noodles should still be wet with a little water surrounding them. Pour the noodles and leftover water into a bowl and add the cheese powder. Mix well and let sit for 3-5 minutes so the noodles will cool and the sauce will thicken.
