How Do You Make Easy Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting?
I once tried a cake mix with some excellent frosting that recommended using cream cheese to make it. Part of the frosting ingredients looked like lemon pudding to me and since I liked the frosting–I wanted to be able to make it in a similar manner for future cakes as that particular cake mix was discontinued. First empty the contents of one instant lemon pudding mix into a medium sized bowl. Make sure it is a pudding mix that mixes four servings not eight because that is the right size to use for this frosting. The pudding package may say to add 2 cups of milk.
