How Do You Make Easy Italian Pasta Salad?

0

Do you want to make an easy pasta salad for everyone to enjoy? Follow these quick steps to make a delicious side dish in a snap! Cook the rotini pasta (or other small pasta of your choice, such as penne) according to package directions. Al dente is better for this salad due to the tenderness and texture it gives the final product. Drain the pasta, rinse, and let cool completely. If pasta is not cooled completely the following steps will not work as well. While the pasta cools, cut the cheddar cheese into bite sized cubes and the cucumber into bite sized pieces as well. Keep to the side. Once the pasta has cooled, place it into a plastic container for refrigeration. Add enough Italian dressing to cover the pasta and adjust for flavor and taste preferences. Mix together. Refrigerate pasta, cheese and cucumbers separately for at least one hour to cool. When ready to serve, mix together seasoned pasta, cheese and cucumbers onto serving plate. Enjoy!
