How Do You Make Easy Icebox Lemon Pie?

0

This has been truly one of my family’s favorite recipes. A pie that most everyone will like. It is both a little tart and a little sweet. I like because it is very simple to make. The recipe only calls for three ingredients. The kiddos will love making their very own icebox lemon pie. They will be pleased to make their family’s desert. It hits the spot on a hot summer day. Since the pie has to be chilled in the icebox prior to serving this is how the pie gets its name. It is a very old recipe that I have taken and added a few different variations too. Allow the can of frozen lemonade to thaw at room temperature. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and beat until well blended. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie shell. Place pie in the refrigerator and allow to chill at least 30 minutes to a half hour until firm before serving. Serve and Enjoy!
