Make easy homemade costumes and use your creative muscle to make a statement with style. Turn a pink dance outfit, complete with tutu, into a fairy costume. Take a little time to turn star garland from Christmas, into wings, add some glitter, bows and a wand, and any little girl can be a glittering fairy. Make an easy skeleton costume at home. Use a black sweatsuit, double-sided tape, and white cardboard. Cut out all of the necessary bone shapes, and tape them to the arms and legs of the sweatsuit.
