Mix the celery, onions and carrots in a pot with 2 packs of diced chicken, 4 cans of chicken broth, 1 tsp parsley flakes, 1 tsp dried thyme leaves, 1/2 tsp pepper and 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Stir in 1 cup of wide egg noodles and heat until boiling. Once a rapid boil occurs, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat when vegetables and noodles are tender.
