You can use any type of beef you choose, it doesn’t matter too much. Dice one large onion, and mince two cloves of garlic. Put the beef, onions, and garlic in a large pot with two tablespoons of cooking oil, and brown the beef on medium high heat. Add eight cups of hot water to the pot.
