How Do You Make Easy Home-Made Chocolate Icing?

0

Making your own Icing is easier than you think! This is an easy, quick, and yummy alternative to store bought Icings. My mother always made this for her home-made treats and it is a recipe I use often. Now you can save yourself a few dollars and the stress of braving the grocery store. Total time: 15 minutes Melt the unsweetened chocolate, milk, and margarine together in a small pot over Medium-low heat. This process usually takes 6-8 minutes. *Be careful not to scorch the chocolate mixture. Adjust the temperature to low if necessary. Remove the chocolate mix from the heat when it is completely melted. Sift together the 2 cups of powdered sugar and the ΒΌ teaspoon of salt. Stir the mix into the chocolate mixture. Add the 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and beat the mixture well. Put the icing on your favorite cake or cupcakes and enjoy!
