How Do You Make Easy Hair Bows?
Parents will spend hundreds of dollars on hair bows for their little girls; they buy bows in bright colors to match outfits, only to lose the bows within a matter of days or weeks. Spending money on hair bows just does not make sense when the bows are so easy to make. You can make several in an hour and you can even have older girls help you make them. Making your own hair bows also allows you to choose custom colors to match any of your little girl’s outfits. Cut a 20-inch length of ribbon with a pair of scissors. Apply a thin line of super glue to each end of the ribbon to prevent it from unraveling. Create a loop in the middle of the ribbon, so that the ends of the ribbon create a wide v-shape. Secure the pieces together with a bobby pin and sew over the top of the bobby pin with a needle and thread that matches the color of the ribbon.
