How Do You Make Easy Gluten And Egg Free Peanut Butter Cookies?
For those who are on a gluten free diet or as a gift to someone who is. These cookies are very easy to make and help to satisfy your sweet tooth. The egg free version is a little “crumbly” but still good. My daughter needs gluten free and I am allergic to eggs so this is one recipe we can enjoy together!! Blend peanut butter, sugar and soy flour & water in medium size bowl. If eggs are not an issue for you – use 1 egg in place of soy flour & water. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Or if making thumbprint cookies, roll teaspoonful of dough between palms to form into small ball. Place ball onto cookie sheet. Press thumb into center of each ball of dough. Fill impression with jam or jelly. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until light brown on bottom. Cool before eating or storing.
