Throughout the year there are many people you would like to remember with a small gift just to let them know you appreciate them. There is your children’s school bus driver, the mail person, crossing guards, doctors office, just to name a few. It can get very expensive. A good way to say Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays or any thank you is with cookies you have baked yourself. Making a platter of assorted types of cookies is a fun, thoughtful gift. Here is one of the cookies to put on a cookie platter that is different and delicious. Not to mention it is the easiest, quickest cookie you will ever make! Step 1 Ingredients: 2 large egg whites 2/3 cup white sugar 1 cup chopped pecans 1 pkg chocolate chips (the mini chips are good but either is fine) Step 2 Preparation: Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Beat the 2 eggs whites on high until stiff. Add sugar one large spoonful at a time while still beating. Fold in chopped pecans and chocolate chips – carefully. Step 3 Baking: Place by the spoonful
