How Do You Make Easy Corned Beef Hash?
My mum used to make this for us as kids in England (she still does actually) I think I’ve perfected it. This is a Corned Beef Hash but super easy to make and does not required a large piece of corned beef so it’s super cheap and now my kids can’t get enough of it. Preheat the oven to 350 F Peel and chop the potatoes into roughly 1 inch cubes (irregular is good), peel and chop the carrots into small pieces (I usually halve or quarter the carrot and then cut into 1/4 pieces) Place the potatoes and carrots in the boiling water (the carrots are smaller because they would otherwise require a longer cooking time) Place 1 oz of butter in the frying pan and heat on high, once it starts to bubble add the onion, cook for about 5 minutes Carefully open the can of corned beef (follow the instructions on the can as these are not safety cans) cut into 8 or so cubes and add to the onion (the cutting just helps browning so don’t worry how the pieces look) Stir gently in with the onion, cook for about
