How Do You Make Easy Cinnamon Sugar Cookies?
Cinnamon sugar cookies or snicker doodles are tasty and smell so good. They are so easy to make and make a nice addition to a platter of Christmas cookies. These cookies are especially easy to make because you use a sugar cookie mix that just takes butter and an egg. The kids can help and they will be so proud of their baking accomplishment! In a large mixing bowl, mix together softened butter, egg and cookie mix. To soften butter, place in a microwavable dish and microwave for 7 to 10 seconds. Mix cookie dough together with a spoon, not an electric mixer. TIP: to get dough well blended, use your hands. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line your baking pans on your counters or table. In a shallow bowl, pour a generous amount of cinnamon sugar and add red and green sugar crystals. Mix together with a spoon. Roll the cookie dough into small balls.
