How Do You Make Easy Chilled Peanut Butter Pie?
This is an easy to make Peanut Butter Pie recipe that is sure to be a hit around the house. It is a sweet pie that is served chilled, great for an after dinner desert or just a sweet treat during the day. I have used this for holiday partys but it does cause you to have to plan prior for proper storing. To create the pie crust: Pre-Heat the over to 350 degrees F. Crush the crackers up in a medium mixing bowl, add the butter and sugar. Mix well. Press the mixture into a 9″ pie plate. Bake the crust in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove the crust and let it cool completely. To Create the Filling: Mix together in a small mixing bowl, the ice cream and peanut butter. Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze for about 3 hours before serving. *Drizzle the pie with fudge sauce before serving and Enjoy!
