This is an easy recipe to make a hearty meal in minutes! You can add or remove ingredients to make it your own. This recipe will feed up to 4 people. Kids will love the macaroni and you will love how filling one bowl of this Chili Mac can be! It’s also great for left overs and can be enjoyed the second time around just as much as the first. Enjoy! Brown the lean ground beef in a large skillet. Add the onions. Drain off the fat when beef is browned. Add all remaining ingredients to the skillet except the cheese. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring the Chili Mac often. Once the macaroni is tender remove from heat. At this point, you can sprinkle the top with shredded cheese. Serve the Chili Mac with some garlic bread or perhaps corn chips. The meal will serve 4 people. It contains all the protein needed for a filling meal as well as vitamins from the vegetables.
