How Do You Make Easy Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip?
Football season is just around the corner and if you are like me and my friends and family Sunday’s are spent watching the big game. Next time it is your Sunday to host the viewing party, try this easy, yummy dip to give fans a fast fix of wing sauce with little prep work and clean up. Guests will like it so much it will be a favorite beyond the Super Bowl. Drain chicken and chop into smaller pieces. Rinse and chop celery and set aside. Combine chicken and entire bottle of wing sauce in a bowl and stir well. Spread even layer on bottom of pan. In a saucepan, combine cream cheese and ranch dressing over medium heat until smooth. Pour mixture evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with chopped celery and then shredded cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve hot with your choice of sturdy chips like Scoops, celery or cut up Hawaiian bread.
