How Do You Make Easy Broccoli And Rice Casserole?
This is sure to please a crowd on a chilly fall day. You can easily make this for 1-2 or a large crowd. It is also great to make ahead and freeze for those times when you do not have time to cook, or you just do not feel like it! You will need to cut the broccoli in small chunks and cook them. Cook the rice according to package directions. In a large bowel go ahead and mix the two soups and the cheese. I use a block of cheddar cheese and grate it myself. I use about 1/2 or so in the mix, saving enough to cover the top of the casserole. After the broccoli and rice are cooked, mix with the soup mixture. Place the rice mixture in a casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is good and melted.
