Well, the foil dinner recipe went over so well how about an easy recipe for breakfast or brunch? Easy, as in, it only has three ingredients and you don’t even need a fork (much less a plate) to eat it. To top it all off, you end up washing a mixing bowl and a frying pan. That’s it. Everyone I have ever made these sausage crescent rolls for just INHALES them. I make them so often I’m seriously considering buying stock in Kraft, Pillsbury, Bob Evans and Jimmy Dean. They are finger food at it’s best, good hot or at room temperature. They go over great for gametime snacks too; they’re wonderful with a cold beer or Bloody Mary. You can make them with any kind of ground sausage you like. We always use a spicy variety — it has enough kick to make it interesting but the kids don’t find it too spicy to eat.
