• Line a baking tray with aluminium foil • Preheat the oven to about 200ºC (400ºF). • Peel the potatoes using the peeler. • Cut the peeled potatoes lengthwise to make flat chunks, and then cut into chips. • Brush the chips with oil and try to cover them all. • Bake until crispy and golden on the outside. • Carefully remove tray from oven, and scoop the chips out onto plates. Add salt and pepper, and serve with your favourite sauce.
