How Do You Make Drink Coasters With Contact Paper And Photos?
Photo drink coasters are simple enough for children to make and would be an ideal gift idea. Choose digital photographs of family members or consider using vacation photos for a special touch. Print out the photos with a color printer. You can then seal the photos inside of two layers of contact paper and the drink coasters will be ready to protect a tabletop in an attractive and personal way. Open the photo editing software and select the digital photographs you wish to use to make the drink coasters. Use one photograph for each coaster. Crop and resize the photographs so they are 3.5-inch squares. Print out the photographs with a color printer directly onto the card stock. Cut out the photographs carefully with the scissors. Cut out two 4.5-inch squares of contact paper for each drink coaster. Remove the backing from one square of contact paper and carefully center it over the backside of the card stock.
