How Do You Make Donuts Out Of Biscuits?

0

When I was younger, I learned how to make these donuts, and they are awesome! they almost taste like elephant ears from the fair, but shaped like donuts! Step 1 For this recipe, you will need a con of regular biscuit dough. Be sure not to get the butter flavors ones, the butter bits in them will cause splattering when frying them. Get a pan and put just about an inch or so of oil in it and heat over medium heat. Step 2 Take your biscuits and lay them on a plate or cutting board. Take a cookie cutter in the shape of a circle, small enough to make the donut holes, and use it to put a hole in the center of each biscuit. Step 3 Now just put your donuts in the oil and fry to your desired browness. I liked putting sugar and cinnamon on mine, or powdered sugar, but the possibilities are endless!! Enjoy!
