How Do You Make Dinner Rolls In The Bread Machine?
There’s nothing like the smell of homemade bread. But who has the time to pull that off? You do, if you have this recipe and a bread machine. That little dough boy ain’t got nothing on these! Place water, milk, egg, 1/3 cup butter, sugar, salt and flour in the bread machine in the order the manufacturer recommends. Select the dough/rise cycle and press start. My machine takes 1 hour 30 minutes to complete this cycle. When that is done, turn the dough out onto a slightly floured surface and divide it in half. Roll each half into a 12 inch circle, spread with half of the butter and cut into 8 wedges. Roll the wedges up starting at the wide end. Roll them tightly but gently. Place point side down on an ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat with other circle. Cover with saran wrap or a clean kitchen towel and let them rise for about an hour. Bake the rolls in a 400 degree preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until golden.
