This project is ideal for an afternoon of recycling, paper making fun! Tear your paper into approximate 1 inch squares. This is a great job for those little helper hands! Choose paper of a similar color palette to end up with a complementing shade of homemade paper. Once you’ve got 2-3 full-size sheets of torn-up paper, put the bits into the blender. In the blender, add your paper bits and about 2 cups of water. What you are creating in the blender is paper pulp. You are aiming for the consistency of pea soup…not too thick and not too thin. Once your paper bits are chopped up in the blender and you have achieved the desired consistency, add the pulp to one of your quart tubs.
