How Do You Make Delicious Tuna Salad?
This is a quick and easy way to make tuna salad that will serve a group of people of 6 to 8. First, hard boil both eggs. They will be done by the time you are ready to use them. Drain the tuna of all of its juice, either in a colander or directly out of the can by squeezing the lid against the tuna before you remove it. Place the tuna in a mixing bowl and add all of the ingredients except the eggs and salt and pepper (if you choose to use salt and pepper). Mix all ingredients well and take a taste test to see if you would like to add more pickle relish, olives, or mayonnaise. This is when you would add the salt and pepper to taste. By now your eggs should be boiled. Shell them and remove the yolks. Coarsly cut up the whites and mix them into the tuna salad. Serve chilled as a sandwich with green lettuce on each bread slice (to control moisture, add cooked pasta elbows for a tasty side dish, or simply use it as a spread for crackers!
