How Do You Make Delicious Salmon Sandwich Filling In Five Minutes?
Here is an easy, delicious alternative to the boring old tuna salad sandwich. This salmon filling recipe will serve two or three people, depending on the size of their appetites. Open the salmon with a can opener. Drain and discard the liquid. Dump the drained salmon into the bowl. Add the mayonnaise and stir with the spoon until the mixture is well-blended and the salmon is no longer chunky. Stir in the mustard, honey, and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste. Dice the dill pickle into 1/8-inch pieces. Dump it into the salmon mixture and stir. Serve the salmon filling on toasted whole-grain bread, pocket bread or bagels. Garnish with lettuce, tomato and cheese if you wish. Enjoy!
