How Do You Make Delicious Lemon Cookies Super Quick?
Lemon cookies are always good. This is a good way to make delicious lemon cookies in very little time by using already made store bought ingredients. This would be great for desert, bake sales, church or whenever. I hope you enjoy! Remove cookie dough from packaging and slice and bake on cookie sheet according to directions on package. While the cookies are baking, mix half of the container of lemon frosting with the juice of 1/2 a lemon in a mixing bowl. Put to the side but not in the refrigerator. When the cookies have finished baking, remove from oven and let cool slightly. They still need to be warm but not hot. Gently frost the top of each cookie while still on the cookie sheet. Be creative. Make swirls if possible. Once they are completely cool remove and put them on a large plate. Dust with confectioners sugar and serve. These are awesome!
