How Do You Make Delicious Jello Pinwheels?
Is regular finger jell-o boring to your children? Spice it up by making Jell-o Pinwheels instead! This recipe is amazingly easy and EVERYONE will enjoy it not just the kids! Spray / Grease an 8 inch cooking pan. Mix the gelatin and water together in a microwave safe bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir to dissolve the gelatin. Add the marshmallows. Microwave an additional minute to melt the marshmallows. When done, if the marshmallows have not completely melted, stir. Pour the mixture into the 8 inch square pan. Place the pan in the refrigerator for no less than 45 minutes. Loosen the gelatin mixture from the pan and roll it tightly (like a pinwheel). (You can cut the gelatin into sections now and roll them individually – or roll it all as one and cut them later.) Move the pinwheels to a decorative plate and serve.
