How Do You Make Delicious Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies?
This is one of my most favorite thing to make. There is nothing like freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, straight out of the oven. I love the look on my son and daughter’s face when the sheet of cookies is comes out of the oven. It’s almost like Christmas… In a medium bowl combine granulated sugar, vanilla extract, brown sugar, egg and butter. Mix until it becomes a smooth creamy texture. Then stir in flour, salt and baking soda. You will notice that the dough eventually becomes a little firm and dry; that’s okay, that is how it’s suppose to be. Finally, stir in chocolate chips. Set the dough aside and let it sit for approximately 5 minutes. Then preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Using hand or wooden spoon, make rounded dough drops approximately 2 inches apart on ungreashed cookie sheet. Then flatten dough with palm of hand. Let it bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until they become light brown. Remove cooking sheet from oven and place on a cooling rack. Let dough cool for a
