If you make this once, you’ll be asked to make it again and again. This recipe for cinnamon sour cream coffee cake makes 14 to 16 servings. (But not in my house!) Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease with a 10 by 4 inch tube pan, 12 cup bundt cake pan or 2 loaf pans that are 9 by 5 by 3 inches. Prepare the Batter Beat sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla in a large mixing bowl on medium speed, scraping the bowl occasionally, for 2 minutes. Beat in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, alternating with sour cream, on low speed. Prepare the Filling Mix packed brown sugar, finely chopped nuts and ground cinnamon in a small mixing bowl. Assemble the Ca
