Add vanilla extract, egg yolk and beat again for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the white-powdered sugar and beat it until it becomes smooth and creamy. Now,combine the chocolate,coffee and the butter mixture.Beat it for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not whip it.
