While doing that, turn on your deep-fryer to 270 degrees F. • If you don’t have a deep-fryer, use a large, stir-fry pan that’s about 2 inches deep and pour oil so it fills up 1.3 inches from the bottom. Put the stove on medium-high. • Place the strips of chicken in the bag, close the bag, then shake it for 10 seconds (or so). Just make sure that the strips are covered in batter. • Once the oil is heated up, carefully place the strips in the oil.
