A Winter Wonderland-themed prom will add a little sparkle to a long, cold season. To make your prom really shine, make decorations that glitter and move. Twinkling lights on the walls will reflect off the balloons and ribbons like moonlight bouncing off of snow and ice. Use a lot of white with a touch of silver to transform your space into a snowy fantasy land without breaking your class budget. Staple a snowflake or a star to one end of each crepe paper streamer. Tape the other ends of the streamers to the ceiling, adjusting if necessary so that they hang at least eight feet above the floor. Space the streamers far enough apart that they overhang the entire dance floor. Unfold the netting and spread it out on the floor.
