Making your own stockings can be a fun holiday project with the family – each person having a unique and personalized stocking. Cut the shape out of your fabric. You can use felt or regular cotton depending on what you like. Some stockings have a boot shape while others look like actual stockings. Do whatever you think is best. Make sure you cut out two pieces of the same shape. Pin the two pieces together with the right sides face each other.
