Cuff top valances add charm and appeal to any window. The valances can be used in a variety of rooms depending on the fabric pattern you choose. The interest is created with a coordinating fabric turned to the front. This fabric creates the look of a cuff on the top side of the valance. The cuff top valance can be used alone or in conjunction with sheers, blinds or panels.
