How Do You Make Creamy Smoothie Protein Drinks?
The Pumpkin Smoothie Drink is like the title says, creamy smooth and so delicious! It contains three power foods: pumpkin, vanilla whey protein powder and ground flaxseed. The Honey Pecan Smoothie has the same ingredients as the pumpkin smoothie with the addition of honey. The Berry Yogurt smoothie can be made with strawberries or raspberries. All three smoothie drinks are low-fat, healthy snack drinks or can even replace a meal during the day.
