How Do You Make Creamy Chicken Spaghetti?
When I thought of chicken spaghetti the first thing that came to my mind was substituting the ground beef with chicken. That was until I moved to South Arkansas and I was served this delicious, cheesy meal by my mother in law. Once you’ve tried this dish, it is not something that you will forget. Boil the chicken breasts and place into the refrigerator or freezer to cool. After chicken has completely cooled, shred or dice the chicken into small pieces. You can use a food processor to shred the chicken if you prefer smaller pieces. In a sauce pot over medium-low heat, combine the cream of mushroom and chicken soups. Add the Rotel and Velveeta until the cheese has completley melted. Mix in the cooled, shredded chicken and stir until the chicken is coated in the cheese and soup mixture. In a separate pot, cook the spaghetti noodles for 7-10 minutes depending on personal taste. Combine the cheese and chicken mixture with the noodles. Serve with warm garlic bread. Enjoy!
