Cream corn casserole is a declicous dish but can take some time to bake in the oven. With this recipe, you can have cream corn casserole in minutes! This makes a wonderful side dish for many different meals. Step 1 Add 2 cans of Cream Corn to the microwave safe medium sized bowl and microwave until hot. Be careful not to burn yourself. The bowl WILL BE HOT! Step 2 Add 2 Eggs to the Cream Corn and mix until the Eggs are mixed evenly. Microwave for an additional 3-4 minutes. This will make sure the eggs are fully cooked. Step 3 Crush the package of Ritz crackers and add to the Cream Corn and Eggs. Step 4 Mix until the crackers are evenly distributed. Step 5 Microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes.
