How Do You Make Cream Cheese Pound Cake?
This cream cheese pound cake is a visual stunner when baked in a Bundt pan. It can be dressed up with strawberries and whipped cream or raspberries and sliced peaches. But it’s great all on its own! Heat oven to 325 degrees. Coat Bundt pan with cooking spray. Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour a little at a time and mix until smooth. Add vanilla and blend. Turn batter out into prepared pan. Bake for 1-1/2 hours or until cake tests done. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Invert pan and finish cooling cake.
