Try this country potato salad the next time you decide to throw something on the flame. • Prepare the potatoes into peeled and cubed pieces. Place the cubes in a saucepan filled with water. • Bring the water to a boil and then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain out the water and cool the potatoes. • Get a large bowl and mix the apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, black pepper, red onion, and celery together. • Peel the hard boiled eggs.
