Step 1 Fill a wheelbarrow with concrete powder and water. Mix well with a shovel. Step 2 Coat the inside of the concrete mold of your choice with a generous layer of cooking spray. You can also use regular vegetable oil or an interior car product like Armor All. These oils will work as a release for your mold so you can remove your concrete. Step 3 Soak up any excess oils pooled inside the mold with a towel. Step 4 Shovel cement into your mold until it is full. Make it as level as possible.
