Make a coffee shake by blending the coffee essence with vanilla ice cream. Make Vietnamese coffee by using French roasted coffee grounds, like Cafe Du Monde, for the concentrate. Mix 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk with 5-6 ounces of coffee essence and pour over ice.
