How Do You Make Coconut Chocolate Pretzel Sticks?
• To melt the chocolate, chop it into 1/4 inch chunks and place it in a 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe bowl. • Place it in the microwave, uncovered on medium until chocolate is smooth, and stir it well. Make sure there are no lumps. (If so, then continue to heat on medium, but check often! You wouldn’t want your chocolate to become overheated and grainy.) • Dip a quarter of each pretzel stick into the melted chocolate. • Coat the chocolate covered pretzels with coconut. Place sticks on a sheet of wax paper on top of a cookie sheet and broil them in a 400ºF oven until coconut starts to brown.
