How Do You Make Christmas Pop Up Cards?
Christmas is a joyous time and a time for sending out cards to friends and loved ones. Make your cards extra special and memorable this year by creating 3D pop-up cards. You can choose from a wide variety of Christmas themes, objects and symbols. By making these yourself, you can customize them for each person and show them how much you care, plus it’s a fun craft to do alone or with kids. Think about the theme of your Christmas card and choose a color of card stock that will be appropriate. Fold the card stock sheet in half. Smooth the edge carefully making sure to create a strong crease. Using a stencil or freehand if you have the skills draw out your Christmas objects/symbols on colored construction paper. Carefully cut these out. Decorate the front with a couple symbols or shapes. Peel off the protective backing from a piece of 3D paper mounting tape. Stick it to the back of each object or shape. Gently push it onto the cut out. Peel back the other protective backing sticker. Press
