How Do You Make Christmas Party Hats For Children?
If you are planning a Christmas party that will have children attending, then you can add to the party fun by making Christmas party hats for them. The process is not difficult and you may even want to have everyone show up an hour or so early so that the children can all be involved in making their own hats. Wrap a piece of red construction paper into a cone and use clear tape to hold it in place. Run a ring of glue around the base of the cone and stick cotton balls to the glue. Try to bunch the cotton balls together to make it look like one continuous piece of cotton. Glue a single cotton ball to the tip of the cone. Paint holly leaves and other designs on the hat with green paint and a paintbrush. Make designs on the hat with glue. Sprinkle glitter over the glue to make the hat sparkle.
