How Do You Make Christmas MIRACLE ICING To Assemble Gingerbread House?

This is some really perfect icing for making that snowy effect on the Christmas gingerbread house or the Cookie Christmas Tree. This is a thick sweet icing, that hardens and can hold together those gingerbread houses that fall apart easily. Tasty on Christmas cookies too. Bring sugar and water to boiling point. Cook for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and add marshmallows. This makes very sticky icing and it is just the “glue” that holds the gingerbread houses together! When marshmallows are partially melted, pour onto the unbeaten egg white and cream of tartar and beat for 5 minutes. It should be stiff enough to hold its shape but if it is not, best 1 or 2 minutes longer. Then add vanilla. Spread it on cookies, gingerbread house, pretzel sticks. It is easy to work with and it will harden into the shape you left it.You can add food coloring if you like. And it is sweet and delicious.
