To heat tortillas: place a tortilla on the grill plate of one of the eyes of your stove top over a low flame. Allow to slightly brown (about 15 seconds) then turn to the other side. Do this for each tortilla. Alternatively you can bake them in the oven while you are cooking the chorizo con huevos. Serve heated tortillas alongside the chorizo con huevos and the pico de gallo or your choice of salsa. You can also serve with rice and refried beans or mashed avocado.
